Mach Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work in a large warehouse and distribution site in Crick, NN67GZ.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking and packing
  • Stock control
  • Receiving and processing deliveries

You will work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00-£15.00 per hour, plus overtime pay of £16.50-£18.50 per hour. You will also receive a bonus of £0.25 per hour for meeting performance targets.

This is a full-time position, with shifts available 5 days out of 7. We require candidates to have their own transport and English and PC skills. No experience is necessary, but we do require a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

We provide temporary to permanent contracts and opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as part of a team, and be willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
