Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is a market leader in providing sustainable solutions for the haulage industry. They supply liquified natural gas and are growing from strength to strength, increasing their operations and installing more refuelling stations nationwide.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 + 10% Shift Allowance, plus benefits including Training, Progression, Autonomy, Pension, and Holiday.

Job Description

You will be the focal point for customers across the UK, managing each of their sites remotely from the control centre. You will act as technical support and liaison between engineers and customers.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to join a growing company where they will be a vital part of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work a four on four off shift pattern: 6:00-15:00, 14:00-23:00, 22:00-07:00
  • Full training provided
  • Monitor refueling stations
  • Bridge the gap between customers and engineers
  • Provide a focal point for emergency response
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in a remote operating centre, plant room or technical support role. You should also be happy to work independently and in a team, and keen to learn, develop and progress your skill sets.
