We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Mechanical Operations Specialist to join our team at CV Technical in Daventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operation of our production facility, working closely with the Engineering Supervisor to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the production facility, coordinating with the Engineering Supervisor to maintain efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and assistance as required, focusing on minimizing disruptions and optimizing workflow.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 per year, along with opportunities for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Shift Patterns:

This role requires flexibility, with a choice of three shift patterns: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, or 11pm - 7am.
