About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Technician to join our client's team in Daventry. As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex hydraulic equipment.

  • You will work closely with the Workshop Foreman to identify and address technical issues, ensuring all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Conducting thorough inspections of equipment to diagnose potential problems.
  • Collaborating with the Workshop Foreman to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Preparing detailed repair quotations and job cards to support workshop operations.
  • Reporting any potential hazards to the Workshop Foreman for prompt action.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubrication, to prevent equipment degradation.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Salary Estimate: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular breaks and flexible working arrangements available.
