Senior HR Manager

We are recruiting for a Senior HR Partner to work on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programmes that drive business success.
**Salary:** £346.24 - £448.00 per day
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with senior managers to build capability, resilience, and performance in people/talent management. You will also be responsible for applying knowledge of business requirements, analytics, current trends, and HR best practice to identify continuous improvement opportunities and shape strategy.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR, including experience in a technical/specialist business within a corporate/public sector context. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and develop strategy.
