We are seeking friendly, trustworthy, and motivated individuals to join our team in The Dining Room as Food and Beverage Assistants. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive service during meals and ensure special requests are met.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized working area.
  • Take every opportunity to upsell menu items, such as desserts, starters, and drinks.
  • Attend work well-groomed and in uniform, representing the hotel's high standards.
  • Participate in training to gain a thorough understanding of the menu and provide recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, with full training provided for the right candidate.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial to maintain the hotel's 5-star service standard.
  • Knowledge of Simphony/Oracle software is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively interact with management, team members, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Transportation to and from work is essential due to the hotel's location and shift schedules.
