Family Support Coordinator

The Family Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating family-centered programs and services aimed at promoting healthy relationships and behaviors among family members.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations to identify areas of need and potential partnerships
- Assess the needs of children, young people, and families to plan and implement targeted interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social services to provide comprehensive care and support
Salary Estimate: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with families and community groups to promote trust and engagement
- Manage and coordinate family-centered programs and services, including home visits and counseling sessions
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths, needs, and potential risks
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with families and vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
