Family Support Coordinator

Austin Fraser is seeking a qualified Social Care Professional to join our Gloucestershire-based team. As a key member of our social care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to children and their families, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective support plans for children and families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support and protection for children and families.
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- A recognised qualification in Social Work.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
- DBS clearance.
- Significant experience in working with children, young people, and families, particularly in a social care setting.
