About the RoleThis permanent position involves working as a full-time Adult Social Worker in the Locality Team, based in Gloucestershire. The salary for this role is up to £38,223 per annum.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing positive relationships with children and their families through direct work.
- Conducting thorough assessments of a child and their family needs, providing clear and accurate reports.
- Managing a caseload of children and families, developing SMART plans to support their needs.
- Undertaking direct work with children, young people, and families, preparing high-quality reports and statements.
- Maintaining accurate case files on Liquid Logic and continuously monitoring progress.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, guidance, research, and council policies.
- Maintaining personal and professional development to ensure best practice in social care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A social work qualification or equivalent.
- Registration with the relevant health professional council/governing body (Social Care England).
