About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Family Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England. They will also hold a full driving licence and be willing to drive as part of their role.

The role involves delivering a first-class service to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people of Gloucestershire. This includes building positive relationships with colleagues and partner agencies to provide support and protection for those in need and at risk. We also offer a range of benefits including flexible and agile working opportunities, generous annual leave (5 days rising to 30) and the option to purchase 10 days of additional leave per year (pro-rata for part-time staff).
