About the Team

Our Family Safeguarding Service team works tirelessly to ensure the well-being and safety of children and their families. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake visits and assessments to identify the needs of children and develop effective plans for their care and protection.
  2. Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  3. Make informed decisions that prioritize child safety and protection, often in high-pressure situations.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Social Work and at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience. A valid Social Work England registration and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
