Deliver Exceptional Disability Services as a Disability Services Coordinator

South Gloucestershire Council seeks highly skilled and compassionate professionals to join our Disability Services team. About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, healthcare providers, and community groups to access resources and services.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver disability services, including assessments, planning, and implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in social work or a related field, accompanied by relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Substantial experience in disability support, child protection, and related fields.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
