Job Details:
This permanent position requires an experienced social worker to join our Disability Support team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and young people with disabilities, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and working closely with families, carers, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes. A driving licence and access to a car are essential due to the nature of the role.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a qualified social worker with relevant experience in disability support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services. You will need to have a good understanding of asset-based approaches, strengths-based practice, and the latest legislation and regulations affecting disability support. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
