About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Advice, Guidance & Support Team as a part-time Early Help Co-Ordinator. This role involves working alongside practitioners from various organisations to identify the needs of children and families and agreeing next steps to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement coordinated packages of support for children and families.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders to achieve positive change.
  • Develop and deliver training and coaching sessions to upskill practitioners in meeting emerging needs.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with children, young people, and families or communities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work creatively with partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

  • £30,825- £33,945 per annum (pro rata).
  • Flexible and agile working opportunities.
  • 25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years continuous service.
