Senior Account Manager

Baines Simmons, a leading aviation services group, is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join their team in Bracknell. As a key player in the Wheels Up family, we're expanding our presence in private aviation and aviation services.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of generating account management and new revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving In-Company training services to clients across Key Accounts and Individual territories.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new opportunities from regulatory changes and market intelligence, engaging with clients to understand their strategic goals.
- Work with consultants and the Products team to respond to client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution.
- Manage all enquiries and activities correctly in the CRM to enable accurate reporting and forecasting.
Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years' business development experience in a services environment, with a strong commercial analysis and negotiation skills. Aviation experience is not essential, as training will be provided.
