Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing our global brand.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular communication and reporting.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to the sales team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
