The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the aviation industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to drive the schedule.
- Ensure all client enquiries are managed through our CRM system.
- Work with consultants and product teams to respond to client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution.
- Ensure our terms of business are consistently applied and payment is received in advance of course attendance.
- Minimum of 2 years' successful sales experience.
- Experience in a consultative sales environment.
- Prior sales team leadership experience is preferable but not essential.
