Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Aviation Safety Academy team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing our global brand.

The successful candidate will support clients to identify the best solution for their needs across Key Accounts and a personal Territory to manage and grow revenues and long-term opportunities.

This role will have a personal and team target, and you will lead the Academy team on key initiatives such as driving Partner Plus sales; Key Account development and Marketing campaign follow ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve personal sales target and lead by example through consistently high activity rates e.g. call numbers, duration, conversion rates
  • Support Academy team to hit their individual targets, identifying opportunities to sell onto the schedule, maximise course occupancy and proactively manage territory to generate new business leads and develop existing accounts
  • Produce weekly Academy forecast report
  • Track team performance and work with each KAM on KPI's and areas of development
  • Professionally handle in-bound Academy training enquiries (web, email, phone, referrals) within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure all enquiries are managed through our CRM system
  • Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns to drive the schedule
  • Work with consultants and Product team to respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution
  • Ensure our terms of business are consistently applied and payment is received in advance of course attendance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' successful sales experience.
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment.
  • Prior sales team leadership experience is preferable but not essential. Aviation experience whilst helpful is not essential as training will be given.
