About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Pole Star Global. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the migration project to our new Shipping and Offshore system.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with the migration project to enable seamless and accurate invoicing of our clients.
  2. Maintaining strong attention to detail to ensure migrated details are accurate.
  3. Dealing with customer queries in response to changes.
  4. Verifying changes via monthly invoice run.
  5. Assisting with the preparation and processing of the monthly invoice run.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2+ years sales ledger or other finance function experience.
  2. Proficient in Excel.
  3. Able to communicate effectively with other teams.
  4. Strong organizational skills.
  5. Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP system would be nice to have but not mandatory.
