We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Agency in Ilford, Greater London. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including raising sales invoices, reconciling the sales ledger, and maintaining accurate customer records.

About the Job

This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, with the possibility of increasing hours to 8:30 to 17:30 at a later stage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's accounting experience and excellent administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales invoices for external and internal customers
  • Reconciling the sales ledger
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
  • Supporting the preparation of financial accounts and month-end duties

What We Offer:

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum + pro rata, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
