Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Construction Ledger Clerk to join our team in Romford, Essex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple subcontractor payment runs with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of coordinating and managing subcontractor certifications, labour-material splits, and CIS allocations. Your expertise will directly support the company's ongoing growth and reputation for reliability within the industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work to and meet deadlines. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Main areas of responsibility include:

* Inputting subcontractor ledger certifications into the COINs system using data from PayApps

* Ensuring accurate calculation and processing of labour-material splits and CIS allocations

* Handling the weekly subcontractor ledger payment process, securing approval from the Commercial Director

* Coordinating with Quantity Surveyors to ensure timely receipt and processing of subcontractor certifications
