We are seeking a highly skilled Ledger Clerk Coordinator to join our accounts team at Cascade Holdings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting on a high-volume ledger across multiple companies and cost centres.

This role requires the ability to process data quickly and accurately, with excellent organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on a high-volume ledger across multiple companies and cost centres.
  • Coding, batching, and processing financial data.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Nominal / Chart of Account monthly reconciliations.
  • General reconciliations to assist colleagues.
  • Cash Book reconciliation.
  • Providing reports internally and externally in various formats, preferably Excel.
  • Preparing monthly credit card reconciliations and uploading to computer systems, coding, posting.

Requirements:

  • Ability to process data quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems and accounting packages, including Excel.
  • Flexible and professional approach to work.

Estimated Annual Salary: £25,000 - £30,000.
