Ledger Clerk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Ledger Clerk Coordinator to join our accounts team at Cascade Holdings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting on a high-volume ledger across multiple companies and cost centres.
This role requires the ability to process data quickly and accurately, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and report on a high-volume ledger across multiple companies and cost centres.
- Coding, batching, and processing financial data.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Nominal / Chart of Account monthly reconciliations.
- General reconciliations to assist colleagues.
- Cash Book reconciliation.
- Providing reports internally and externally in various formats, preferably Excel.
- Preparing monthly credit card reconciliations and uploading to computer systems, coding, posting.
Requirements:
- Ability to process data quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Sound knowledge of IT systems and accounting packages, including Excel.
- Flexible and professional approach to work.
Estimated Annual Salary: £25,000 - £30,000.
