At ITW, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in High Wycombe, UK.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to end-users across the organization, ensuring seamless operation of our end-user computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all end-user devices and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly recurring invoices and contract renewals for IT, including software and hardware maintenance renewals.
- Procure IT-related equipment, including purchase order requisitions.
- Assist with helpdesk and cybersecurity reporting.
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications in IT-related subjects are advantageous (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft MCE).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Windows PCs and Operating Systems.
- Proficiency in Office applications.
