IT Support Specialist

ITW is a leading global organization in the materials testing industry. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at our European headquarters in High Wycombe, UK.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance within our end-user computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all end-user devices and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
You will also be responsible for financial administration such as purchasing of IT equipment and processing monthly invoices and purchase orders for the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing monthly recurring invoices and contract renewals for IT, including software and hardware maintenance renewals.
- Procuring IT-related equipment, including purchase order requisitions.
- Assisting with helpdesk and cybersecurity reporting.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
