Facilities Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Repro Assistant with a legal or corporate office services background to work for a leading US law firm in London.
As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for covering all aspects of facilities and general office services, including post and office supplies, reprographics, meeting room setup, court runs, office moves, and printer maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to think on their feet and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
With a minimum of 5 years' experience in a City law firm, you will be ambitious and keen to learn about health & safety, with training provided.
