Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented facilities maintenance coordinator to join our team at Build Recruitment.
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responsible for maintaining the upkeep and repair of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to resolve maintenance-related issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently, taking initiative and making decisions to drive business success.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a company van, fuel card, phone for business use, company branded uniform, and PPE provided.
