Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Salary Estimate: $50,000 - $60,000 per yearThis role involves coordinating facilities maintenance activities, including carrying out environmental group cleaning services. The successful candidate will need to follow Standard Operating Procedures for all cleaning services, taking into account manufacturer's recommendations and guidelines provided by the supervisor.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facilities maintenance activities
- Carry out Environmental Group cleaning services
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all cleaning services
- Report any issues or concerns to management
- Meet ISO 9001 quality system requirements
- Participate in Barclay's Idea Program
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to enter confined spaces with limited accessibility
- Completion of online and field training meeting OSHA guidelines
- Ability to work safely from ladders not exceeding 20 feet in height
- Ability to work at heights
- Frequent standing walking and hand tasks
- Occasional sitting
- Frequent climbing balancing reaching above shoulders stooping kneeling crouching crawling
- Ability to speak hear see and smell
- Loading and moving up to 100 pounds
- Ability to lift 55 pounds
