Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced facilities maintenance coordinator to join our team in a school located in Greenwich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to work independently.
About the Role:
- Supervise facilities projects with external contractors
- Communicate effectively with the facilities team
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensure the building and grounds are secure when not in use
- Open and close the building daily
- Demonstrate good maintenance skills and ability to work alone
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain school facilities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
About You:
- Experience working in a school environment
- Valid DBS check on the DBS update service
- Availability for immediate interview and start
Estimated Salary: £28,750 - £38,250 per year, based on experience. We offer a competitive salary package and benefits.
