About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resourcing Assistant to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Resourcing Assistant Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our resourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Resourcing Assistant Manager, including coordinating operational activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with the provision of an efficient, effective, and professional resourcing support service across both offices.
  • Coordinate stock take requirements and review utilisation statistics for the group.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
  • Collaborate with the Secondment, Recruitment, Student, and Qualifications Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven administration/co-ordination experience, with a strong track record of planning, co-ordinating, and thinking logically through different aspects of a role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines and proven organisational ability to juggle multiple administrative processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence where necessary to help deliver the role.
  • Pro-active, with the ability to plan ahead and identify areas for improvement/change in discussion with the relevant people teams.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience with using Retain is preferable.
