Resources Caseworker

We are seeking a skilled Resources Caseworker to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 31/12/2024. As a key member of our Caseworker team, you will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service, supporting our HR and Legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process pre-employment clearances for new starters, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with hiring managers.
- Draft and issue contracts, as well as various letters to employees, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to HR enquiries from internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment, ensuring seamless financial management.
- Maintain and update employee records on our HR system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Liaise with payroll and line managers to ensure contractual changes are actioned appropriately and in time for the monthly payroll.
- Assist our Specialist Teams with projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems and databases, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare legal documents for signing/sealing under instruction from Legal Specialists, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism.
- Respond to email enquiries from conveyancing solicitors regarding management packs, coordinating responses from specialists across the organisation.
- Provide support as required for other officers within the Caseworker team, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
