About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resourcing Assistant to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Resourcing Assistant Manager in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Resourcing Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of Dayshape and staffing requirements.
  • Respond to Dayshape enquiries and action them in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and action resourcing emails daily.
  • Run reports on a regular basis to inform decision-making.
  • Liaise with the Secondment, Recruitment, Student, and Qualifications Teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinate stock take requirements within the group.
  • Review utilisation statistics for the group and identify opportunities to increase utilisation.
  • Assist in ensuring a 12-month booking view for the office on Retain.

Requirements

  • Proven administration and coordination experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence where necessary.
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to plan ahead and identify areas for improvement.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with Partners, Directors, Managers, and Staff at all levels.
  • Experience with using Retain is preferable.
