Resourcing Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resourcing Assistant to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Resourcing Assistant Manager in the South East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Resourcing Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of Dayshape and staffing requirements.
- Respond to Dayshape enquiries and action them in a timely manner.
- Monitor and action resourcing emails daily.
- Run reports on a regular basis to inform decision-making.
- Liaise with the Secondment, Recruitment, Student, and Qualifications Teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate stock take requirements within the group.
- Review utilisation statistics for the group and identify opportunities to increase utilisation.
- Assist in ensuring a 12-month booking view for the office on Retain.
Requirements
- Proven administration and coordination experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence where necessary.
- Proactive approach, with the ability to plan ahead and identify areas for improvement.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to liaise effectively with Partners, Directors, Managers, and Staff at all levels.
- Experience with using Retain is preferable.
