About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resourcing Assistant to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Resourcing Assistant Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our resourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Resourcing Assistant Manager, including coordinating resourcing activities, managing Dayshape, and running reports.
  • Liaise with the Secondment, Recruitment, Student, and Qualifications Teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate stock take requirements and review utilisation statistics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in ensuring a 12-month booking view for the office on Retain.

Requirements

  • Proven administration and coordination experience, with a strong ability to plan, organize, and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others to achieve results.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages, with experience using Retain an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple deadlines and priorities.
