We are seeking a Talent Coordination Specialist to become a vital part of our team in the South East. In this position, you will oversee and organize various operational functions related to personnel, ensuring a seamless employment journey within the office. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Coordination Manager, delivering professional support services across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address Dayshape inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage and respond to resourcing emails on a daily basis
  • Produce regular analytical reports
  • Coordinate inventory assessment needs within the organization
  • Evaluate and enhance utilization metrics for the team
  • Maintain a comprehensive 12-month booking overview for the office on Retain

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and coordination roles
  • Capability to perform under pressure and handle multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building
  • Proactive approach with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Retain is advantageous
