We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to lead the talent acquisition and development initiatives for Amiqus - Games Recruitment Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the video games industry, a proven track record in recruiting top-tier talent, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Talent Acquisition Strategies:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all disciplines, including game design, programming, art, and marketing.

Employer Brand Enhancement:

Enhance our employer brand to position Amiqus - Games Recruitment Specialists as a top employer in the games industry, leveraging industry events, and other platforms.

Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.

Strategic Planning and Alignment:

Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives and long-term goals.

Industry Networking and Partnerships:

Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies to stay ahead of talent trends and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the video games industry.
  • A strong understanding of the video games industry and its talent landscape.
  • A proven ability to develop and execute effective talent strategies.
  • A demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
