Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team at Amiqus - Games Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all disciplines.

About the Role:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, including game design, programming, art, and marketing professionals.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to position Amiqus as a top employer in the games industry, leveraging industry events and other platforms.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Industry Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies to stay ahead of talent trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the video games industry.
  • Strong understanding of the video games industry and its talent landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective talent strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
