We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of a dynamic recruitment team within a company poised for significant growth. Collaborating closely with Ayesa's Group Head of Talent, you will make substantial contributions to our recruitment strategy and provide essential operational support. Our presence across the UK, Middle East, and Ireland offers an excellent opportunity for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate exceptional sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment (agency or in-house), with a preference for engineering backgrounds.
- Effectively engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct applications, including screening and interviewing processes.
- Meet specific recruitment KPIs established by the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in an international context is advantageous, as this role will support our offices across the UK, Middle East, and Ireland.
- Ideal candidates will be experienced and technically adept recruiters with strong candidate management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with engineering roles and prior industry experience is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and the ability to thrive under pressure while working collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all stakeholders.
