Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner serves as a vital link between AQA's business units and the recruitment team, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies and planning.
This role is essential in crafting engaging attraction strategies that enhance AQA's reputation as a preferred employer. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing talent pipelines that align with AQA's equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) objectives.Team Structure
The Core Recruitment team operates within the broader Resourcing and Talent division of the People Group.
Collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Advisors is key, as the Core Recruitment team delivers tailored recruitment services across various business units.
While the focus is on effective delivery, the true value of the Core Recruitment Team lies in their capability to map talent and cultivate highly engaged internal and external talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs and designated business areas to identify, lead, and fulfill current and future recruitment needs, creating a comprehensive roadmap for attraction solutions.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers, attracting and retaining top talent while providing coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for AQA, integrating company values into all stages of the recruitment process to enhance the experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Partner with Resource Marketing Consultants to shape and influence attraction strategies effectively.
- Develop and implement talent pipelines tailored to specific business units.
- Assess and analyze recruitment activities to inform ongoing improvements.
- Embed EDI principles in all attraction and selection methodologies.
- Lead and manage comprehensive recruitment campaigns, utilizing innovative and traditional marketing channels, while measuring campaign success based on candidate quality.
- Oversee all facets of the recruitment process, including application management, screening, offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Design and manage various assessment and selection activities, advising hiring managers on best practices to ensure candidates meet role specifications.
- Monitor competitor talent activities and provide insights to differentiate AQA in the marketplace, along with recommendations to enhance the resourcing strategy.
- Utilize data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make evidence-based improvements to the recruitment service.
