About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a People Partnerships Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic talent management and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and Development: Partner with employees and managers to provide expert coaching and guidance, focusing on enhancing manager effectiveness and improving personal and team capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and HR teams, to design and deliver effective people programs and practices.
  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our business models, priorities, and cultural nuances to inform organizational development initiatives.
  • Programme Leadership: Support the development and delivery of talent programs across the organization, including engagement, talent management, and performance review and compensation programs.
  • Change Management: Partner with management to establish and implement change initiatives, identifying risks and providing recommendations on communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cultural Ambassador: Work with managers, employees, and HR teams to foster a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Advisor and Facilitator: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, and facilitate Employee Relations issues to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Site Lead: Provide guidance and support to the site governance board, ensuring effective governance and decision-making.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration, supporting colleagues in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with significant experience in HR at a manager level.
  • HR Expertise: Proven experience in talent development, career management, and organizational design.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex change initiatives, balancing business and employee needs.
  • Programme Delivery: Outstanding experience in delivering talent programs and initiatives, promoting business success and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrated experience in creating healthy and inclusive work environments, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and diversity.
