**Job Title:** Customer Experience Director
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships with our customers.

**Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
