This is an exciting newly created opportunity by our client, a leading provider of MICE and Special Interest Tours services.

Although they offer a range of business solutions, they have not established this department fully as a separate segment of their existing business module.

You will be assisting the sales and operations teams in planning, organizing, and executing various events and SIT packages, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Help create and maintain a database of products required for successful biddings, leveraging your expertise in the travel industry.

Act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized end-to-end solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of events and great quality of relationships with sales, clients, and suppliers.

Supporting the whole sales process, producing appealing and informative offer letters, addressing queries and concerns, and executing the itinerary and revenue checks.

Advising the sales team on suitable products and services based on the client requirements, utilizing your knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Experience Required:

  • From a background in travel, specifically in the MICE and/or Special Interest Tours industry
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills
  • Able to Travel when required to support and be visual for VIP tours.
