About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading travel recruitment agency, assisting the sales and operations teams in planning, organizing, and executing various events and Special Interest Tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and Special Interest Tours, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
  • Support the sales team in creating and maintaining a database of products required for successful biddings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized end-to-end solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of events and great quality of relationships with sales, clients, and suppliers.
  • Support the whole sales process, producing appealing and informative offer letters, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Execute the itinerary and revenue checks, along with cross-selling and promoting various destinations and products.
  • Advise the sales team on suitable products and services based on client requirements.

Requirements:

  • From a background in travel, specifically in the MICE and/or Special Interest Tours industry.
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Able to travel when required to support and be visible for VIP tours.
