About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading travel recruitment agency, assisting the sales and operations teams in planning, organizing, and executing various events and special interest tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and special interest tours, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a database of products required for successful biddings, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized end-to-end solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of events and high-quality relationships with sales, clients, and suppliers.
  • Support the sales process, producing appealing and informative offer letters, addressing queries and concerns, and executing itinerary and revenue checks.
  • Cross-sell and promote various destinations and products, advising the sales team on suitable products and services based on client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Background in travel, specifically in the MICE and/or Special Interest Tours industry.
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Able to travel when required to support and be visible for VIP tours.
