British Tours Ltd is seeking a skilled Tour Coordinator to join our team in our Regent Street office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing private tours around London and Britain, working closely with customers to understand their interests and preferences.

Key responsibilities include:

Liaising with customers to understand their tour requirements

Planning and booking tours, including transportation, accommodations, and activities

Coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless tour experiences

Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the tour

Collaborating with the team to develop and implement new tour concepts and itineraries

Maintaining accurate records and reports to track tour performance and customer feedback

Working one in three weekends, with four days off every three weeks

Possessing a strong interest in Britain's history and heritage, with good office and organizational skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
