About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing complex touring events, including roadshows, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, and closing events for our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Securitisation product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and complete the full road show management process, including hotel booking, travel arrangements, invitation, and printing of presentations.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers, product lines, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Arrange the printing of R/S presentations and ship them timely to the roadshow location/venue.
  • Provide on-site event management when necessary.
  • Manage budget control and re-invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate schedules of 1:1 meetings, group meetings, and all necessary logistics.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across all regions on a regular basis and provide a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the roadshow sector, including virtual event planning using systems like Webex or Netroadshows.
  • Manage the invoicing process.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of event management principles and practices.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is an asset.
