Join Our Team as a Tour Planner

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tour Planner to join our team at British Tours Ltd-2. As a Tour Planner, you will be responsible for planning and organizing private tours around London and Britain for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to understand their tour requirements and preferences
  • Plan and book tours, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure seamless tour experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the tour planning process

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in Britain's history and heritage
  • Excellent office and organizational skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Numerate and able to manage budgets

Working Arrangements:

As a Tour Planner, you will work in our office one in three weekends, with four days off every three weeks. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
