The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive tour itineraries, ensuring tours are well-organized and efficient, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing tour itineraries that encompass transportation, accommodation, meals, activities, and other logistical details.
  • Ensuring tours and itineraries are well-organized, efficient, and within a feasible schedule.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction by understanding clients' needs, preferences, and special requests.
  • Facilitating final itineraries to local suppliers and ensuring timely communication.
  • Collaborating with sales' offices and Air Ticket Support to efficiently book group flight tickets.
  • Meeting and greeting clients/tour leaders and accompanying VIP groups when required.
  • Proactively investigating and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the tour.
  • Making courtesy calls and paying visits to suppliers and tour leaders to gather feedback.
  • Monitoring the performance of suppliers and service providers to ensure standards are met.
  • Negotiating compensation with tour leaders and suppliers to minimize loss for Miki Travel Limited.
Requirements
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional knowledge of Chinese or any Asian language is preferable.
  • Willingness to carry out occasional weekend work.
  • High levels of organization and accuracy.
  • Able to deliver and perform under pressure.
  • Technical aptitude with an ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
