About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a salary of around £35,000-£40,000 per annum. As a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on various health services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions
