We are seeking a dedicated Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join our team in Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals who share our values and want to make a difference in the lives of young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake assessments of young people and work collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs.
- Hold a caseload and undertake duty as part of the secondary mental health workforce.
- Develop and deliver clinical interventions that promote person-centered treatment packages.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Nursing degree or equivalent qualification (Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent).
- Mentorship qualification or ENB 998, with a willingness to train as a sign-off mentor.
- Experience in delivery of clinical interventions and working in teams delivering person-centered treatment packages.
- Effective risk assessment and risk management experience.
This role offers:

- An estimated annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000 based on length of service and qualifications.
