Job Summary
Chef de Partie is a key role within our catering team, responsible for preparing food that meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team, ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food for our catering service, working closely with our chefs to create innovative menus. This includes:
  • Preparing and cooking food to meet high standards of quality and freshness
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements
We are looking for someone with proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food. The ideal candidate will have:
  • NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a school catering environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
