In order to succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in nursing, occupational therapy, or clinical psychology is highly desirable. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise tasks effectively.
